Motorpaced accelerations are primarily a power drill

The motorbike rides the blue line at ~35km/h (depending on gear and target starting cadence), at the start of the front straight the motorbike accelerates and drops down into the lane by the start of turn 1.  At turn 1 the motorbike accelerates again, and again at turn 3.  If there's multiple laps the acceleration happens on the entry to turns 1 and three.  Ideally the rider is dropped on the last run up the straight.
